“Managing awkward people, conflict and difficult situations”

This 3-hour do-it-yourself workshop is designed to enable staff to appreciate what makes people “tick” and consider different ways of dealing with awkward situations or individuals thereby avoiding potential conflict. It challenges stereotypical judgements and behaviour by inviting trainees to reflect on their own behaviour. After completing this workshop, trainees should feel more empowered to handle tricky situations and difficult people more confidently.

From a business perspective, staff will respect each other and act in a professional way, valuing their customers and behaving in such a way that the organisation is not at risk.

Adding this valuable resource to your library of training and development tools will contribute to organisational performance and also be useful if you are seeking or maintaining Investors in People.  Do Go Away is also helpful for anyone working towards an NVQ in Management, Administration or Customer Care.
