This 3-hour do-it-yourself workshop is designed to enable people to appreciate the impact of organisational culture and structure on the business and to consider the way organisational politics may affect the management of people. There is time to introduce your company’s Mission Statement and values. After completing this workshop, trainees should feel empowered to consider actions that will enable a mutually positive culture for individuals, the team and the business as a whole.
